Terms and Conditions of Sale
All orders are accepted subject to the Conditions of Sale reproduced below, which apply and govern all contracts, quotations,
sales, supplies and deliveries of Products, materials, services, hire of plant and other Products (herein after called ‘Products’) by the Company or its representatives to any individual, firm, Company or other person (all herein after called ‘the Buyer’) to the exclusion of all and any standard terms of the Buyer and all terms otherwise implied or expressed. The giving of any Product order by the Buyer to the Company should constitute an unqualified acceptance by the Buyer that the Company accepts the order. Sale, supply or delivery of such Products by the Company will be governed solely by these Conditions of Sale and no oral stipulations or representations shall be binding on the Company, unless expressly agreed to in writing and signed by a director of the Company on its behalf.
PRICE:
Except as otherwise expressly stated and contracted the Company reserves the right to vary price at any time. Stated prices are exclusive of value added taxes or duties. The price does not include the cost of freight, carriage, packing or insurance unless otherwise expressed and agreed in writing, any of which will be an addition to the Buyer.
DELIVERY:
The Company shall make all reasonable efforts to meet the quoted date/ time, and shall not be liable for late or incorrect delivery. However, the Company reserves the right to deliver by instalments. The Buyer shall inspect all Products on delivery. The Company reserves the right to refuse claims for non-delivery, damaged Products or shortages, if the Buyer fails to take the following actions:-
A) Buyer or employee or sub-contractor shall endorse carrier’s note appropriately.
B) Buyer shall advise the Company immediately by telephone 020 8301-3831/0778 2300 159,
C) Buyer shall send all particulars of claim in writing within three days after delivery.
In case of non-delivery of whole consignments, the Buyer shall advise the Company in writing within three days. After the date of invoice the Buyer shall be bound to pay for all Products, not withstanding any alleged non-delivery or shortages of  products if the foregoing conditions have not been complied with.
FORCE MAJEUERE:
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by delay in its performance or non-performance of any of its obligations occasioned by any cause that is beyond the Company’s control. Should any such event occur, the Company may cancel or suspend any contract without incurring any liability for loss or damage thereby occasioned.
TITLE AND RISK:
A) The Products shall be at the Buyer’s risk from the time of delivery.
B) Notwithstanding delivery, the Products sold remain the absolute property of the Company until payment of all amounts due from the Buyer has been received by the Company.
C) The intending Buyer shall acknowledge that until such time as payment is made, the Products belong to the Company, and shall store the Products separately from their own Products and in such a fashion as to be readily identifiable by the Company’s representatives.
D) In the circumstances where the Products are delivered to an address specified by the Buyer but are not paid for, the Company shall be entitled to enter upon the premises of the Buyer with such transport as necessary and repossess the Products to which it is entitlement hereunder.
E) In no circumstances shall any Products be returned to the Company without prior written consent of the Company.
F) The Buyer shall be at liberty to sell or use the Products in the ordinary course of business, but the Company may revoke this power by notice to the Buyer if the Buyer defaults in payments of the whole or part of the purchase price of the product.
G) The Buyer’s power of sale automatically ceases and full title of all unpaid-for Products reverts to the Company if a receiver is appointed over any of the Buyers assets or undertakings of the Buyer, or if a winding up order is made against the Buyer, or if the Buyer goes into liquidation, or calls a meeting of, or makes any arrangements or composition with creditors, or commits any act of bankruptcy or allows execution to be levied upon it or its Products.
WARRANTY:
The Company guarantees that the Products shall, at the time of delivery, correspond to the standards specified when used and stored for the purpose for which Products of that type are normally used and stored and to the normal industrial quality.
Although the Company makes every effort to ensure that all Products are manufactured and supplied to specification, it is in all cases, (including repeat orders), for the Buyer to ensure by adequate tests the goods are fit and suitable for the purpose for which the Buyer requires them and in the specific conditions and on the specific substrates in which they will be used and are within responsible tolerance and variations as generally acceptable within the electrical and building trade.
If any of the Products provided are found to be defective, the Company’s entire options shall be strictly limited to;
A) Replacing, at the Company’s expense, any Products which are found to be defective, or
B) Bringing the Products into conformity with the standard specifications of the Company or with normal industrial quality,
or Taking back the Products found to be defective and refunding the total purchase price,
NOTE: The liability of the Company under the foregoing is conditional upon;
A) The Buyer conforming to the delivery conditions.
B) The Buyer advising the Company immediately by telephone 020 8301 3831/0778 2300 159, of all alleged defects.
C) The Buyer giving written notice by letter, or e-mail info@ample-energy-services.com to the Company within seven days of
all the alleged defects being noticed and in any event within 10 days of receipt of the Products'
D) The Buyer affording the Company responsible opportunity to inspect the Products application and site conditions.
E) The Buyer making no further use of Products that are alleged to be defective after the time at which the Buyer discovered
or thought to have discovered the alleged defect's). While the
Company will use its best endeavours' to give instructions, recommendations and advise to the Buyer in respects of storage,
and use of the Products, it shall be understood that it shall be the responsibility of the Buyer to satisfy himself that the intended applications of the Products is suitable in each particular application and use, as stated in all conditions and warranties expressed or implied by statute, common law or otherwise as to the conditions or fitness for any purpose of the Products that hereby expressly excluding the Company shall be under no liability of any direct or sequential loss or damage to how-so-ever arising, which may be suffered by the Buyer by reason of any defects, or failure to perform on the part of the product. The liability of the Company under the contract shall be limited to any defects which appear in the course of normal usage and applications, during the period of three months from the date of delivery to the Buyer.
F) The Company here-by guarantees that for a period of two years from date of supply it will repair or make good any units or parts which under normal or proper use develop a fault due to defective materials or workmanship, providing all outstanding monies due to the Company are paid in full.
LIABILITY FOR ACCIDENT AND DAMAGE:
A) If the Company, its agents or subcontractors are on-site for the purpose of the contract, the Company will indemnify the Buyer against direct damage or injury to the Buyers or to the Buyers property occurring whilst the Company, its agents or subcontractors are working on site to the extent caused by negligence only of the Company, its agents or subcontractors but not otherwise by making out breach of contract or statutory duties shall not exceed £5 million.
B) The Company shall not be liable for any loss of profits or consequential loss howsoever caused.
C) The Company shall not be liable for any damages or injury occurring after completion of work by the Company or its agents
or sub-contractors on site.
GOVERNING LAW:
This arrangement will be governed by the constructive in accordance with English law, the Buyer irrevocably submits in respect of all matters and dispute arising out of this arrangement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
ASSIGNMENT:
This contract is personal to the Buyer and may only be assigned with the written consent of the Company.
PAYMENT:
Unless the Company otherwise agrees, payment is to be made on the following basis on full installation:
A 35% deposit upon on order. Unless stated in quotation.
All DIY kit must be paid in full before delivery.
Balance payable on the commencement of installation.
Payment should be made to Ample Energy Services Ltd in sterling. If the Buyer fails to make payments in full accordance with the terms set out herein, the Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend any further deliveries or supply of Products and to make an additional charge for interest on the money outstanding at the rate of 5% above HSBC base rates from the date of invoice. If at any time before all payments have been made, the credit worthiness of the Buyer has in the opinion of the Company been impaired, the Company may refuse delivery of any products required.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS:
Cancellations will be allowed in accordance with the rights under the sale of Products legislation or where the Company is in breach of all legal obligations.
COOLING OF PERIOD:
The Company will accept cancellation of a contract provided notice of such cancellation is served upon the Company in writing at the Company’s business address, within seven days of contract date, whereupon the full deposit will be refunded to the customer.
RETURN OF GOODS
No Products are supplied on a sale or return basis, there shall be no liability on the Company to accept returned Products.

Compact Solution

The compact is a basic solar hot water system that will save you 70% of your hot water requirements. It is the most effective way of getting free hot water.  To get the compact solution in your home will cost you as little as £3600.00 including full installation and commissioning. 

 

Comfort Plus Solution

This is the same as the comfort solution, but it provides you with up to 50% saving of the heating bills  and 80% of your hot water. This PSC tank ranges from 800 litres to 15000 litres.  It is continuous fresh hot water delivering 225 litres per minute and as little as 35 litres depending on your size and requirements.  It comes with a stratification charging unit which layers the water in the cylinder for the solar side and an optional  heating module.
